Developed with local executive coaches and business leaders, Leadership Canal Winchester provides experienced and emerging leaders with a meaningful investment, both in themselves and in our community.

What To Expect

A transformative small-group experience

Each monthly session runs three hours, typically on the first Friday morning of the month. This fits within a working schedule while honoring the depth the program requires.

Participants gain valuable insights from and connections to executive coaches as well as local government and business leaders.

This program covers personal growth, civic engagement and networking while offering tools for transformation. You will graduate in May 2027 with a network of peers who know and support you.
